Lonely Werewolf Girl – Martin Millar

Neil Gaiman is a fan. This means nothing to me as an endorsement, but it does make me think strangely of Neil Gaiman. This book is amazing. I mean, not amazing in the “Wow, it was good” sense – because it isn’t. It’s written poorly, the political plot is hard to follow and one of the main characters is named Moonglow. Moonglow. Just – drink that in.

But, if you love werewolves, YA, bad teenage love and over the top characters like Malveria the Elemental Fire Queen then, well – there really is no other book for you.
